RETURN POLICY

We want you branded in our gear! Therefore, we will accept returns in exchange for the correct item or store credit. Here's the scoop on returns....

  • Merchandise must arrive back to Cowboy Cade headquarters within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date indicated by your tracking number on the order.
  • ALL CUSTOM orders are NOT returnable. Please make sure all spelling, details are correct when you place your order. 
  • Items must be in NEW condition.
  • Any items purchased on sale will be final.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
